Is fishing from boat docks legal at clarks hill? Being considerate of course to the boaters. Also, is it legal to fish at night using an LED light floating in the water for crappie?

Provided that you have a fishing lic... as long as it's your dock, yes. From a park dock, depends on the park rules.

I use a crappie light when fishing at night, along with everyone one else I know.
