Low Lake Levels?

Hello, brand new to the forum.
Why is the lake so low? My cove( Horn at mile marker 83) is dry. The docks are setting in the mud. I never seen it this low. Truman is holding water. They’re about 4 ½ feet above normal!
Can anyone tell me when we can expect to get to our boats? Snagging season has started and we can’t even get our boats to the main channel.
