Hello all.

I have a situation to tell you about. I reserved a VBRO from Douglas Lake Vacations. There description was very vague on the location. I had my family rushing me to make this. I reserved it.   It was in the list of properties near my requested area.  But it was 75 miles from my location.  I put in my deposit, and it was billed. 4 hours later I found how far it was away from my location and was told, they will return my deposit MINUS 150.00.  Just a warning. if you’re not sure. don’t do it.  I reached out to Douglas Lake Vacations and asked about it and they said, no we are not going to return your $150.00.  So, my opinion not a company I would ever work with again.
