This is rural Alabama. Fried food is considered a food group. I hope, however, they are able to appeal to many different appetites and have a great business. It would be nice to see the hotel/restaurant thrive which, in turn, might make the square around Hotel Talisi come to life.

As much as I like vegetable lasagna, I just don't see it happening in Tallassee.
