Thought I might see more ink on Yahoo’s Grill but since I would
like to see them make it, I will give my opinion. Tried it last Friday night and was very
pleased. Has about twice the number of
tables Green Valley Market had with a fair sized bar where the old counter
space and meat cooler were located. We
had about a 30 minute wait and after sitting at the bar, ended up just eating
there. Got to talk to the owner and
several of the waitresses by sitting there.
They are only open for dinner from now through winter but plan to open
for lunch starting in the spring.
They have a good menu with sandwiches with along with
entrees. I ate the Catch of the Day,
which was grilled snapper – very good and only $14. They have a couple of steaks, shrimp,
oysters, and a wide selection of sandwiches.
All prices were very fair with many selections under $10. We watched the owner shuck several dozen
fresh oysters that looked great. Had not
received their alcoholic beverage license last week but were giving free beer
and wine in the mean time. We will
definitely go back…..
