it depends on the type of seawall (concrete, wood, ?), height of seawall (the higher it is, the more need you have for a sea wall specialist), depth of water now (is it dry or not right now, if it is wet then you need a specialist), and amount of repair (can you get your arms around the hole in the wall or is it a 15 foot stretch?
Concrete wall with large stretch of repair - Henderson and Coker.
Concrete blocks, wall less than 4 feet or so high that is dry right now, just a few blocks missing - call a brick mason.
Wooden wall, wall less than 4 feet or so high that is dry right now, just a few boards missing - any carpenter
Wooden wall, wall higher than 4 feet or so, or wet now, or lots of erosion around or above it, or it's falling forward into the water, could be more serious, call Lake Martin Dock Company or Docks Unlimited.
