The Friends of the Dadeville Library and Chuck's Marina will be hosting the 7th Annual Wine and Words fundraiser for the Dadeville Public Library this Friday eveing- June 24th 6:00-8:30 pm. There will books for sale--hardbacks and paperbacks--guest authors--Lee St. John (She's A Keeper) and Butch Carroll (Confederate Jasmine and Toker's Blood) on hand to discuss their books. A selection of premium wines to sample and taste in the courtyard. This is one of the main fundraisers for the Friends group which enables them to provide programming for the children in the summertime, purchase equipment and bring in speakers for the library. Admission is a donation of your choice with a minimum of 5.00.
