Not new to the lake but new to ownership on the lake.  We will not be full timers and will do some vacation rentals.  It is Sandy Creek area.  I would like recommendations on the following that i will be needing at some point for various things:

Plumber

Electrician 

grass cutting (just need the grass cut when it needs it, not all the extra)

sand delivered 

pest control 

HVAC services   

Roofer for installation of standing seam metal roof   

Cleaning service for after vacation rentals at flat rate  

Day or half day general laborer to assist me in small projects I have planned
