It will be very difficult to find someone to do a small project like that. I ran into the same thing about a year ago. After contacting a few contractors and getting nowhere, I decide to do it myself. It took me about 6 hours and cost about $150 for the drain pipe and crushed rock. Lowes has drain pipe that comes pre-wrapped in cloth to keep dirt from clogging the perforations in the pipe. I haven't had an issue since, even after the 5.5 inches of rain we had last Sunday.
