I came up to tighten things up before the storm and as I was turning onto Cardinal Drive off Bywater there was a man walking on Cardinal toward Bywater.  Kind of strange since there are only two houses on Cardinal and the gate was closed at the other property. I found nothing amiss to our cabin so didn't think anything about it until your post.
