It would have been a more valuable read if a link to the environmental impact study and strategies for controlling the graphite dust during the explosions were made available. I am sure Russell Lands has studied the direction of standard prevailing winds on LM prior to them signing off on the project. The purification of graphite most likely involves utilization of solutions whose byproduct includes various inorganic acids, so I would think residents would also like to know how they are being gathered and treated before getting into ground water etc. Got seven years to work all of this out.
