Yes, and there is a huge expense for sewage lines, which is probably to run plant sewage from Kellyton to AC plant which is much closer to the Lake. AC was forced to do a major expansion and upgrade to plant back about the time Russell mills shut down, so that plant may be able to handle the graphite sewage.
