That reminds me of a while back. We had an out-of-town guest who had never been on Lake Martin. After riding in the boat about 15 minutes he said he couldn't believe how many people we knew on the lake. We explained it was just a tradition around here. He spent the whole afternoon waving at every boat that went by. He loved it! (and he's in his 30's) Waving is live and well on Lake Martin.
