The best product on the market that I know of is Starbrite Mold and Mildew remover. I believe the Kowliga family of marinas sells it in their store. Overtons and Barts carry it as well, I believe. Works great, safe for seats and stitching. If you try ot, spray it on and give it time to work (usually about 3-5 minutes, depending on how deep the mildew is).
