Is the area around "The Rock" a now wake zone, and if not whay not?
I don't notice any bouys or hazzard, but there should be something there. And just HOW do you "tie up" boats together without one getting damaged? I see all those HUGE boats all tied up together, and no one seems to worry about the wakes from the other boates banging the boats together. We tied up for the first time (and probably the last) this past weeeknd. The middle boat (a first time in the water, new boat) got nicked twice by our tower. It is fixable, but there has GOT to be a better way. Is there a trick? We had plenty of bumpers, 5 between each boat.
But the second or third wake that came through did it for us. We took our beer to the house!
Any suggestions?
