WHO is going to build these condos? What "out of state" developers are going to come in and snipe land from Russell or APC, two corporations that do a pretty good job of holding on to what they already have?

Oh, I agree, there will be more development, but escalating development on Lake Martin has been a fact of life for 30 years... long before the first ocean cruiser took to the lake. In fact, the condo surge started in the mid-80s, right around the time of the cruiser surge, so to say that big boats keep condos away is ludicrous.
