Everyone should realize that once a law is on the books it generally grows to include more and more classes of the subject matter. That is why any law restricting citizens rights should be thought out very carefully, prior to approval, in order to ensure it can not grow and consume evryone's rights. This law is wide open to growth and it would not surprise me to see many of those currently in support of it whining about what it is about to do to them, one day in the future. Short sightedness eventually hurts us all and that is what this bill concerning big boats is, short sighted.
