The bill hasn't even been signed by the governor yet, and already there are developments popping up everywhere! Willow Point, Windermere, Stillwaters, Windover, Trillium, Windermere West, Marina Marin, the Harbor, the Ridge, North Lake Condos... wow, those guys move fast!! I mean, to think that two days ago the lake was in no danger of being overdeveloped, and now, 48 hours later, al of these new places have sprung up, all because of the boat bill. It boggles the mind!
