Although NOBODY can say to 100% certainty that it will fill next year, it has nothing to do with the level it is now, or is going to go to. It depends on one thing, and that is RAIN.

Once again, I will point out that this lake used to be have 50 foot draw down, then it went to 30, then to the current 10. It filled EVERY year even after 50 and 30 foot pulls. So no doubt it CAN refill from current levels, if it rains.

There was enough rain THIS year to have filled the lake had anyone known how bad the drought was going to be. Every spring MUCH more water flows into the lake than it takes to fill it. APCO has a fill schedule that is dictated to them. They must follow it, so any excess water is passed though and used to generate with. I think the 'rule curve' will be pretty much thrown out the window next year and as much of that excess water will held as is feasible.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON RAIN.
