So, since 1988, tens of thousands of Alabamians paid exhorbitant prices to yankee and foreign manufacturers for kill switches that "may" have prevented one crash into a dock? That is cost effective?

I suppose boaters in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina just have to be risk takers since their elected officials don't require kill switches on motorboats.

I think you have been brainwashed by the Alabama Marine Police, however impossible that seems.

I bet you ride around with your bumpers hanging over the side also.
