Is it me, or is their website lacking? I mean, what are these few developers trying to do? Besides taking a lot of money from some unsuspecting locals, they haven't accomplished a single thing that would increase the water quality of Smith Lake! Actually, all they've done, is to take a few pictures of the shoreline during one of the worst droughts in years, and complained about APCO. They continually bring up Gorgas and cooling towers, I have an idea for SLISA: Since they seem to think that more water is the answer to everything, and since they think that adding cooling towers with solve this issue, then why not offer to re-inburse APCO for the costs of the towers, if they don't solve a thing? If they spent their money on solving issues rather than hiring attorneys to try and scare APCO into spending millions for some towers that MAY or MAY NOT rectify the problems that SLISA feels exist on this wonderful lake.
