I guess you have to count me as an idiot too.

FERC ruled in favor of APC, the documents are online somewhere. APC at this point is following a predefined curve (very closely). Water has been up this spring and is still at full pool, although it will start down soon, as it has for a long time. Do I wish it would stay higher for a longer time? Yes. Did I know it would go up and down 14 feet per year when I bought at the lake? Yes.

I guess I don't know what else to say. It is what it is, and with the license renewed, it will be what it has been.
