Does anyone have any doubt why Congress' disapproval rate stands at 76 percent?

Nancy Pelosi has publicly said, "...we have to pass it to find out what it says." Even SHE does not know what's in this bill!

If Nancy Pelosi et al ram this heinous, inscrutable legislation through Congress, it should be challenged in the SCOTUS. I believe I read somewhere that certain Governors were prepared to do exactly that.
