Yeah, I don't get that. It's pretty clear in the law and with legal precedent that if you have a law or a contract or any legal document that lacks severability language, if one aspect is deemed invalid then the whole law gets tossed. But like we knew from the outset, once you have a government program it quickly becomes an entitlement. I suspect the GOP controlled Senate has no appetite to have to replace the law, even if it is better as it will still be a mess. Right now they can lay the blame on Democrats entirely.
