Look at your first line...60 million infected, 14,000 dead. That is a motality rate of .0023%. That's about half the motality rate of the saesonal flu. Swine flu was no fun, but perhaps there was no great concern and no panic because it became clear that the virus though highly infectuous, it was not extremely deadly. If this thing gets to 60 million, and some qualified people say that number and more is not out of the realm of possibility, and has even the lowest end fatality rate we are talking 2 to 4 million dead! I am not trying to be an alarmist but as I have said before...ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION!! You obviously are more interested in doing a Trump and blame-shift to presumed ''mistakes'' that happened in the past rather than urging the current leadership to not make real ''mistakes'' today.
