I don't remember which string it was in, but I mentioned early on when the dominion software was questioned that the DoD/NSA have significant computer forensic capabilities and could provide an analysis of the software. That analysis would pretty convincingly determine if there is or isn't a flaw or back door that could be exploited. Until such an analysis is performed on the code used in this election, neither side of the issue can, with any authority or substance, claim the software did or did not function as advertised. And, if indeed there was a malicious actor who implemented such mischief, the code actually in the machines on November 3rd might never be found and this issue never really settled.
