Do you have a problem with the data because it is close to what I have seen documented.

female 0-17 is 7.93 per million and males are 8.35 per million. while this chart is not specific to 1-21 years of age it is close enough to 9 per million that it does not seem far fetched to think 9 per million for both male and female is so far out in left field that MM's number would be suspect.
I agree with MM, under 21 not only no but hell no to the clot shot.
