A PVC structure has to be a little closer to legal than what I have seen out there. I've seen Christmas trees weighted with CAR BATTERIES as well as the occasional refrigerator or deep freezer. I've seen shopping carts, as well. People have no brains.

I've seen the PVC things and they look like they'd draw a ton of fish, not to mention, you'd probably wind up leaving less mono in the lake after snagging in those trees.

Good grief I'm ready to sit on the dock with a cold one and fish!
