Ive pretty much been hearing the 3 feet below full pool winter drawdown for almost twenty years.

This year we have experienced more days sub-freezing than is normal thereby APCO has been generating more power. People enjoy heat in their homes. Rainwater through a dam is less expensive than coal burned in a fossil fuel plant.

It is what it is and Im fairly sure if Alabama maintains enough rain we will have a full ( or close to) full pool around the same time we usually have it.
