I asked the same question from the APCO permit guy. He said the same thing. Rumor been going around for years. But I've heard it twice this year. Tismis the third time.

It bothers me though that APCO got a variance from FERC for drought conditions formLake Martin yet they are hold us below 460 even with all the rain we've had.
