Talked with APCO about the faster than normal drawdown.  The response I go was nothing out of the ordinary going on with Logan Martin, they are following the curve down for the normal drawdown. It may just seem fast since rains and resulting flows allowed us to keep it pretty much full during the latter part of the summer though September.  As far as a temporary winter pool vaiance, there are no plans for one this year. Current climate predictions are for a normal to wetter winter period. Of course, APCO always watch weather conditions and adjust as they can in cooperation with the Corps of Engineers and other regulatory agencies.

I hope that answers your question.
