Though this theft is unrelated to our Dock Watch Program.  We would like to circulate a picture of this person of interest in a local theft case.  He is driving a dark, late 90's model Acura Integra and has an " Insane Clown Posse" tattoo on his right bicep.  Thanks in advance!
