Tie it off? Then what am I going to do with it?  I spoke to the Marine Police and they said they can not do anything because it is on the east side of the hwy 49 bridge. I asked them about towing it (if I can) to the deep part of the creek and blowing holes in it with a shotgun and sinking it.  They said nothing illegal about that and it would make a good fish habitat. I can only imagine how many phone calls they and the sheriffs department would get if I do it.  For now it has moved away from my boat house to my neighbors.
