Comments above are accurate. I use Sling and ATT TV Now and get local channels to each location. I use both services to get a total of 7 streams simultaneously to handle all of the tvs at each location and to get all of the content we want. Sling is great for sports content, but a lot of the content overlaps. Use Spectrum internet at two locations and Point Broadband at one. At the lake it is Spectrum south of Pleasure point and have no major issues with streaming. We love streaming since we are at only one location at a time and paying for cable at three had become ridiculous.
