Another group of layoffs...finding more and more folks who are in that category...not enuf business in the area to re-hire...and especially not at the salary level they were at...
6 months severance is not really much if you are in the position....
Also makes a big dent in the local economy as it gluts an already stressed job market...we are losing our mid affluent folks...or you may find them working two jobs at the mini mart
