The average boater uses much less than a tank of gas per weekend and they rarely use their boat during the week, so the increased fuel prices probably mean less than $10 per week for 6 to 10 weekends over the summer. Nobody's happy about the increase, but with the investment that people have in cabins, boats and other toys, they are not likely to forego their use for $10.

Food for thought - at $1.00 per 20 oz bottle, Dasani water will cost you about $6.90 per gallon. Which do you think is the better value, water or gasoline at $2.40 per gallon? Actually, the most expensive fluid we sell is Corona beer at about $11 per gallon. We have few complaints about the price of beer, water or soft drinks.
