I don't know what the plan is for the condos on the 'Pointe', however, the condos going up by the chapel are as follows (or so we have heard). There are plans for 140 condos there, but there won't be a boat slip for every condo. Also the boat slips will not be assigned, so it will be a free-for-all to park your boat. It's my understanding that the developer had to get a marina license to have the large number of slips. Since it is already getting crowded in this slough, it should be interesting to see what happens if they put slips all the way around the boardwalk they have built.

On another note, we have been very curious for a long time as to how they got permission to built the condos on the Pointe so close to the water. I thought there had to be a 30' easement. Does anyone know how they got around that?
