What I don't understand is. Why it took Gov. Riley to bring up the fact that the COE signed something in 1993 That the GA lakes would open at least 2 hours aday for us in AL.

Why did the AL Power Co. not bring this up first. Why has the gates only been opened 8 times this yrs. I would think ALPCO would have this info.

I was told that the Lawsuit between AL and GA had been settled and that GA won but that ALPCO didn't want that to come out yet here in AL.

I have to say I have not heard anything about it lately have you??????????
