Since Lay and Mitchell have gone back to their full pools plus the extra releases from Alatoona to the Coosa River plus a reduction of 10% for releases from Lay and Mitchell doesn’t add up to me. How are they going to get more water when they are full pool now and also release 10% less downstream? Are they going to flood those two lakes? How about giving us 20%?

I hope Alabama Power did not make a mistake by bringing Lay and Mitchell back to full pool so quick. If I were the Governor of Georgia, I would point out the above facts.
