-but greatly lowered. It is Wolf Creek Dam in southern KY on the Cumberland River. The COE found some small fissures with leaks in the earthern berm potion of the structure. They're still trying to get it fixed, but it is going to take a while. I think it has been lowered 40 or 45 feet, so far. If a failure happened, there could be flooding above Nashville's flood zones.
Also, Center Hill Dam has some pressure leaks through some rocks showing up below the dam on some cliffs. They haven't discovered where the water is coming from, but the corp will probably lower Center Hill again to fix the problem(s). Center Hill's water also runs through Nashville.

On Martin Dam, I think the gates are 18 ft high by 20 ft long. I think the penstock entrance is down 60 or 70 ft, or as low as 420 ft AMSL. But it has been years since I've been through the dam.
