It certainly did not sound like a state of the union.

He should have been proposing some of the things he did on jobs and tax credits a year ago before unemployment got to over 10% ... and we all know it is really around 17%

He is still blaming Bush (take responsibility already) ... he is still trying to justify his wasteful $800 billion stimulus that is a miserable failure. While some of his proposals I heard last night I agree with .... why did he not listen to more experience people a year ago? Instead he sees himself going down in flames and taking his party with him and now decides he will start talking like a moderate and consider programs that have a chance of working.
