Just watching the Congressional grilling by Dumb^ As3 politicians today was sickening. None of these jerks give a crap about the people on the Gulf. This is an opportunity for "show and tell" - Strictly posturing and pontificating.

What about the reckless actions of these Congressmen in not giving oversight to the agencies who were to supervise the oil companies in the Gulf. Since when can the President direct a company to place $20 into a special fund for damage control. What about GM, Chrysler, BSs, and the financial institutions on Wall Street. Oh, don't forget Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

I've made several comments on this forum comparing Obama to Venezuela's Chavez. Obama's bullying of BP strengthens my thoughts that given time, Obama with a Democratic majority, could make this country another Venezuela.
