I wish ADM McCain would retire from politics with his honor and reputation intact... rather than whittle away at his own legacy as he is now accomplishing.  He is an honorable war hero, but merely a passable politician.  His heart is in the right place… but, he is too easily manipulated… even by his own “people”.  Though he would have been better that the current pretender we have as President, he would have been only marginally better than Carter... and certainly no Reagan.
