If an employee came to me and asked to trade one paid holiday for another because he wanted to celebrate his religious faith… and my business was open on the federal holiday he or she wanted to trade… I would accommodate.  I’d even let him or her work off the paid day off as uncompensated, straight time overtime.  If he or she wanted a private place to pray and I had such space available, I would do my best. They work their 1846 work hours per year… fine with me. But, I don’t particularly care for any “class action process.”
