Small business optimism ticked up to 90.8 ... at the peak of the recession in 2009 it was 90.7, so we have made progress over the last 4 years.

I do need to mention that after 9/11 and for several years after under Bush it was well over 100.   But, at least it has gone up a little under your boy.

Now I assume you are smart enough to know that small business is the engine of job growth, so if they are not optimistic, they are not hiring.

You should be so proud of the failed policies of this administration.   Even Jeff Imelt (GE CEO) is frustrated and came out yesterday blasting the administration for excessive regulation and more to come ... he was on Obama jobs council that he never met with or listed to their recommendations because they did not align with his socialist agenda.
