Frankly, does anyone especially care that the Saudi's executed this guy? He is not a U.S. citizen, he was Saudi citizen. He willingly went to the Saudi consulate in Turkey, despite knowing that he had upset the Saudi leadership with his writings? He thought that by asking for asylum in the U.S. that they couldn't touch him. He found out differently. The Turks and the Saudis have done independent investigations and both conclude that he was executed, but neither have concluded who ordered it done. The guy is dead. The media appears to believe that Trump should impose some kind of sanctions on Saudi; however, Mr. Trump knows that Saudi is an important ally in region, has contracts with the U.S. that are providing jobs for Americans and understands that Saudi is concerned about the royal family being overthown by radical Muslims, which would not be good for the U.S.
