It means Goofy has raging TDS and he can barely let a day go by before posting something stupid about Trump, even if the connection ranges from tenuous to non existant.  

Goofy:  "Look, one of the plastic flamingos in my front yard fell over."  He then rushes to the computer and begins furiously typing on the Forum.

Last night Trump came over to my house and knocked over one of the thirty plastic flamingo's in my yard.  I know it was my neighbors that called him and told him I was against him.  And they only do it because they think my flamingo's are tacky lawn ornaments.  I think they look lovely and are classy.
