He will probably be to busy having his food checked and watching out for the arkansas two tap to the back of his head  -  There is no way on Gods green earth I would let Hillary that close to the her desire - nothing would stand in her way to get it by hook or crook or some wierd set of happenings that just so happen to leave her boss dead or unable to perform the duties.

Hopefully Bloomberg is just pandering and not serious, unless he wants to accidently hang himself with a bedsheet early in the 1st term.
