Seems a much simpler, and less costly, stimulus plan, combined with significant tax cuts and tax holidays would put money in the hands of people quicker and be much more effective in creating jobs and stimulating the economy.

The reason the chosen one would not do this is because it would not create more government that he wants. bigger government and the government programs mean more people dependent on uncle sam. So sad, so very sad.
