I am watching his "speech" and he responded to a question about job creation by saying .... "when the economy starts to recover, more people will be hired".

I am amazed ... wow, I never knew it worked that way. The key is that he is doing ZERO for businesses to encourage them to start hiring again or to stimulate growth. A stimulus package with more "social" programs do not stimulate the economy. Or does expansion of government. The poor soul still does not get that socialism does not work. It has failed everywhere it has been tried.

What is the model country for socialism ... there is none! The US was the model of capitalism, and hopefully again once Obama is gone. But there are many many examples of countries following the US model of capitalism with success.

Poverty is eliminated through oppportunity and economic growth ... not through handouts.

Others have said this about Illinois / Chicago .... all democratic so they have had a long time to put policies in place. But worst education (yet Obama talks about the more government to improve education ... umm what about your own state), worst crime, worst poverty and homeless.

Oh that was all Bush's fault.
